摘要
近年来,江苏民营科技企业规模快速增长,创新能力持续提升,竞争不断增强。文章以纳入省级备案库的一定量的企业作为样本,分析样本企业注册类型、行业领域、人员结构、研发投入、知识产权、科技成果产业化等特征,并与高新技术企业认定条件进行比对,寻求不足和差距,提出进一步提升江苏民营科技企业质态的对策建议。
In recent years, the scale of private scientific and technological enterprise in Jiangsu has got rapid growth, innovative capabilities has been continuously improving, competition has been continuously strengthening. The article takes a certain amount of enterprise which is included in the provincial record bank as the sample, analyzes the types of registered enterprises, industry fields, personnel structure, R＆D investment, intellectual property rights, and compared with high and new technology enterprises to identify conditions, finding out shortage and gaps, and puts forward countermeasures to further improve the quality of private scientific and technological enterprises in Jiangsu.
