基于PPP模式的共享经济发展模式研究

社会的发展离不开改革与创新,在经济的快速发展中,中国正是因为敢闯敢干的精神,才能够通过不断创新经济模式,逐步实现民族的伟大复兴。共享经济作为当前社会发展中一个不容忽视的领域,越来越被人们所接受和提倡。这种新型的经济模式不仅仅意味着人们能够更加便捷地获取到所需服务,它也意味着一种绿色低碳的社会发展之路。在人们日常生活中,大部分被独占的资源并未被高频使用,而这些闲置资源可以通过共享手段实现高效利用,使资源能够发挥它的最大价值。目前的共享经济项目中,往往是私营企业占主动,而政府的配合和监管略显滞后,不利于相关行业的长远发展。基于此,文章提出一种基于PPP政企合作的模式,这是由政府主导的共享经济发展模式,希望有助于促进社会的绿色低碳发展。

The development of the society cannot do without reform and innovation, in the rapid development of economy, it is because of Chinese daring spirit, daring spirit that they can gradually realize the great rejuvenation of the nation through innovative economic model, shared economy as a social development that can not be ignored, has been more and more accepted and promoted by people. This new economic model does not only mean that people can get the services they need more conveniently, but also means a green and low-carbon social development way. In our daily life, most of the exclusive resources are not used by high frequency, however, these idle resources can be efficiently utilized by means of sharing, so that resources can maximize their value. At present, in the sharing of economic projects, private enterprises often take the initiative, while the government＇ s co-ordination and supervision is lagging behind, which is not conducive to long-term development of related industries. Based on this, the paper proposes a model of cooperation between government and enterprises based on PPP, which is a shared economic development model led by government, it is expected to help promote the society＇ s green and low-carbon development.
