Research on the mechanism of scientific research evaluation system in local colleges and universities

地方高等院校承担着培养人才以及为科研机构提供人才资源的重要任务,因此院校应当坚持为国家和社会培养人才,以为国家科技发展进步提供服务等为科研方向和教学原则。文章分析了地方高等院校科研评价体系机制的现状,并研究了建立和健全科研评价体系的策略。

Local colleges and universities are responsible for the important task of personnel training and providing talent resources for scientific research institutions, therefore, colleges and universities should persist the research direction and teaching principles of training talents for the state and society, providing services for the development and progress of national science and technology. This paper analyzes the present situation of scientific research evaluation system in local colleges and universities of higher education, and studies the strategies for establishing and improving scientific research evaluation system.
