This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the current situation and development trend of universities and colleges informatization construction under the background of ＂Internet ＋ ＂ education, and puts forward that the intelligent campus is the new starting point of the universities and colleges informatization construction under the concept of＂Internet＋＂ education, the construction of universities and colleges informatization must be based on the starting point of intelligent campus, constructs the campus information environment to match ＂Internet＋＂ education, so as to serve teachers and students better.
