基于SOA的文档管理系统集成方案研究

为解决某供电局的文档管理系统在应用过程中遇到的文档更新通知不及时,与日常办公集成度低等问题,本文研究了一个基于SOA的文档管理系统集成方案。本文首先介绍了SOA相关技术,包括SOA概念、Web Service原理、SOAP和ESB等,然后对文档管理的集成功能需求进行了分析,最后以SOA架构为基础设计了系统集成方案,通过应用IBM SIBus建立服务总线并设计短信通知服务、邮件通知服务和OA查询服务,实现了文档管理系统与现有的短信平台、邮件系统、OA系统的集成。方案实施后的情况表明,基于SOA的系统集成技术有效提升了文档管理的时效性,提高了现有系统的应用价值,达到了预期研究的目标。

In order to solve the problems of the document management system of the power supply bureau in the application process, such as untimely document update notification and low integration with daily office, an integration scheme based on SOA is researched in this paper. Firstly, some SOA-related technologies are introduced, including the concept of SOA, the principle of Web Service, SOAP and ESB, etc. Secondly, the function requirements of the document management integration are analyzed. Finally, the system integration scheme is designed based on the SOA architecture. By establishing the service bus via IBM SIBus and designing the short-message notification service, the mail notification service and the OA query service, the integration of the document management system, the short-message platform, the mail system and the OA system is realized. After application, it is shown that the system integration technology based on SOA effectively improves the timeliness of the document management, improves the application value of the existing systems and achieves the research goal.
