左乙拉西坦对癫痫患儿认知功能和脑电图的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析左乙拉西坦(LEV)单药治疗对新诊断癫痫患儿认知功能和脑电图的影响。方法:选取2015年9月~2016年11月在宿迁市人民医院接受治疗的癫痫患儿48例,均给予LEV单药抗癫痫治疗,分别于治疗前及治疗后6个月观察患儿的认知功能(SPM)评分改善情况和治疗后3个月、6个月脑电图变化情况。结果:48例患儿经LEV治疗6个月后SPM瑞文标准推理测验评分显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。脑电图痫样放电率随LEV治疗时间延长而明显减少,而治疗3个月与治疗6个月比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:LEV能够提高患儿的认知功能,进而提高患儿的生存品质,并能有效控制癫痫发作和痢样放电,具有较好的临床疗效,值得临床选用参考。
