赐来福AC6型自动络筒机使用问题及故障排除 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决赐来福AC6型自动络筒机纺纯亚麻品种时,在循环(打结)部分、捻接器和机器元件方面出现的问题,结合生产实际和维修经验,详细分析问题产生的原因、表现的状态及解决方法。指出:单锭捻接成功后出现"CY60""CY25"故障代码是设备系统问题,需操作工手动解决,彻底的解决方案是联系制造厂家对相应程序做修改;接头出现两端有"小尾巴"和"小毛刺"是压簧弹性衰退导致,可用压缩空气气管替代压簧;右张力盘磨灭是压簧断裂脱落所致,可在张力盘上方、纱线导引口的下方加装导引瓷片解决;因小吸嘴扭簧易位而引发小吸嘴抓取下纱失误率高的问题,可利用电线外皮将两个扭簧进行组合来解决;因操作工非正规操作而引发小吸嘴抓取下纱失误率高的问题,可采用专用工具对小吸嘴进行处理;此改进同样适用于相同结构的赐来福其他型号自动络筒机。 To solve the problems with automatic coner AC6 Schlaihorst in spinning pure flax va- rieties such as problems in knotting, splicing and machine parts ,considering the actual produc- tion and maintenance experience, detailed analysis is done to the causes, status and solutions to the problems.It is pointed out that when fault codes"CY60""CY25"come alarming after single spindle splicing,it indicates that there will be a problem with equipment system, which should be manually removed by the operator.To solve the problem once and for all is to ask the enter- prise for modification of the procedure.When a"tail'or"small burr"come being with joints at both ends,it indicates that there is failure with pressure spring,and compressed air pipe can be used instead.The failure with right tension disc results from breakage of the pressure spring,a ceramics disc can be installed above the tension disc and below the yarn guide.As to the repeat- ed failure in grabbing yarn because of the suction pipe due to the torsion spring's translocation, the two torsional springs can be binded by the wire sheath whereas the repeated failure in grab- bing yarn because of the operators’informal operation, something can be done to the small suc- tion mouth using special tools. This solution is applicable in the automatic coner of the same structure with tension disc and pressure spring of splicers.
