环锭细纱机滚盘镗孔夹具的改进设计

摘要 为了解决环锭细纱机滚盘的夹具定位和夹紧方法,提高镗孔精度,新设计了镗孔滚盘专用夹具,该夹具定位装置设计采用9个胶木压爪压牢加工零件的气动加紧装置,压缩空气通过管道进入进气阀→滤清器→润滑器→旋转阀→阀门→气缸,数控加工用Φ40H9孔的铝合金心轴采用粗、精车加工。指出:改进设计以后,调试准备时间减少,加工成本降低,生产效率提高,劳动强度降低。且此夹具辅助构件较少,可用于不同尺寸规格的滚盘加工。 In order to find the fixture position and clamping method of the rolling disc on the ring spinning frame, and to improve the boring jig accuracy,a new design of special fixture is in- troduced,which is equipped with 9 bakelite pressing claws fastening the pneumatic clamping device machining parts suppling compressed air into the air inlet valve, filter, valve, rotary lu- bricator to the cylinder through the pipeline.The aluminum alloy spindle holes Ф40H9 are NC machined with coarse and fine machining.It is pointed out that after the improvement of the de- sign, the preparation time and the processing cost are reduced while the production efficiency is raised, and the labor intensity is lowered.And more, it has fewer auxiliary components and can be used for different sizes of rolling discs.
