摘要
低合金高强钢广泛应用于钢结构工程领域。简述了澳大利亚RGP5铁矿模块建造项目中排风除尘系统常使用的一种低合金高强耐磨材料Bisplate320的特点,该材料保持了低碳、多种微量合金元素组合的化学成分设计,通过连扎控冷、精确控制炉温和淬火速度的先进热处理技术,极大改善了材料的微观组织结构,从而获得传统低合金高强钢难以实现的高强度、高硬度、高耐磨性,同时还具有良好的冲击韧性和焊接性。由于该新型材料在获得诸多优异性能指标的同时还保留良好的焊接性,该新型低合金高强度材料在矿山机械排风除尘系统、烟管烟道、风机口、耐磨材料等领域具有广阔的应用前景。
Low-alloy high-streugth steels are widely used in steel structure engineering fieh]. The characteristics of low-alloy higll-strength abrasion resistant material Bisplate320 usually used in ductwork of iron mine module fabrication project are introduced. Bisplate320 remains the chemical composition design of low carbon and various alloy microelements, and many advanced technology are used during productiou, such as continuous rolling and controlled cooling, accurate controlling furnace tetnperatures and quenching speed, which greatly improves the microstructure of materials and finally the high strength, high hardness, high abrasion resistant, excellent impact- toughness and weldaMllty are obtained. Bisplate320 has wide application prospect in the fiehls of ductwork of mining machinery, smoke tube, flue, draught fan, abrasion resistant material because of its excellent mechanical properties and good wehtability.
