摘要
丽塔·卡伦(Rita Charon)提出叙事医学概念已过去十几年,这期间叙事医学在他国有一定的发展,取得了一些成果,但依然处于起步阶段,尤其是我国对此问题的讨论还处在概念论述阶段,其潜在力量并没有充分发挥出来。通过分析叙事医学现状,比较国内外叙事医学差异,进而探索我国叙事医学能力培养路径;认为可从充实叙事医学教学素材、挖掘传统文化叙事方法、建立叙事医学培训体系、整合叙事医学课程资源等几个方面进行,为构建中国特色的叙事医学培养模式打下基础。
It has been more than a decade since Charon put forward the definition of narrative medicine. During this period, narrative medicine has developed to a certain extent in other countries and has made some achievements. However, it is still in the stage of conceptual discussion especially in China, and its potential has not been fully excavated. This paper aimed to analyze the current situation of narrative medicine, to compare the differences of domestic and overseas narrative medicine, and thus to explore its training path in China. This paper mainly discussed from the following aspects: enriching the teaching material of narrative medical, digging narrative methods from traditional culture, establishing the training system of narrative medicine, integrating narrative medicine curriculum resources, and so on. It laid a foundation for the construction of Chinese characteristic narrative medical training mode.
