摘要
听障大学生作为高校中的特殊群体,接受国防教育既是相关法律、法规规定的权利与义务,也是社会发展的必然要求,更是培养听障大学生爱国情感的必然途径。这一教育活动能够塑造听障大学生"忍"与"韧"的刚毅品格,令其收获"坎"与"赞"的宝贵财富。然而,当下针对听障大学生进行的国防教育却存在着管理懈怠、形式主义以及急于求成等缺陷。完善这一特殊的教育活动,可以从完备相关法律制度、聘请专业教师、举办特殊节日纪念活动、通过特色社团来激发听障大学生的兴趣等四个方面着手,从而有效实现听障大学生国防教育的功能。
It is very necessary to carry out national defense education aimed at hearing-impaired college students, a special group in colleges and universities. This is not only the rights and obligations stipulated in relevant laws and regulations, but also the inevitable requirement of social development and inevitable way of cultivating patriotism. This educational activity can shape their "tolerance" and "toughness", so that they can gain the valuable wealth of "frustration" and "praise". Currently, however, there exist some defects in their national defense education, such as management slack, formalism and anxiously seeking good results. To improve this special educational activity, these four aspects are important : complete legal system, hiring professional teachers, holding special festivals, stimulating the interest of hearing impaired students with special communities so as to effectively achieve national defense education function.
