一种便携式相控阵雷达波控系统设计

A Design of Beam Control System for Portable Phased Array Radar

摘要 便携式相控阵雷达波控系统要求低功耗、轻重量、高度集成设计。雷达上电工作时,信号处理单元数字信号处理(DSP)模块完成波控码的计算,得到的波控码保存在波控单元现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)内部随机存取存储器(RAM)。需要改变波束指向时,波控单元根据波束控制命令得到频点和波位号,计算RAM的起始地址,基于RAM查找表的方式获得相应的波控码,达到快速布相要求。该设计方法在试验中得到验证。 The beam control system for portable phased array radar requires the design of low power consumption, low weight and high integration. When radar begins to work, the digital signal pro- cessing (DSP) module computes all beam control code, and the beam control code from DSP is stored in the random access memory (RAM) of beam control unit field programmable gate array (FPGA). When the beam direction should be changed, the beam control unit gets the frequency point and beam number according to the beam control command,and then calculates the origin ad- dress of RAM, and the corresponding beam control code is got through the method of RAM lookup table, thereby the goal changing beam direction rapidly is achieved. The design method is validated in the test.
