一种1200Hz/40kW正弦波三相逆变电源的设计

摘要 针对传统真空管放大链中应用400Hz逆变电源导致大功率雷达发射机内高压变压器体积、重量过于庞大的弊端,设计了一种输出1 200Hz/40kW的三相逆变电源,可为发射机中高压变压器提供高质量高频正弦波电压。该逆变电源具有输出谐波低、动态响应好、稳定度和可靠性高等特点,且可明显改善雷达发射机的体积和重量。 Aiming at the disadvantage that the volume and weight of high voltage transformer in the high-power radar transmitter is too enormous due to the application of 400 Hz inverter power sup- ply to traditional vacuum tube amplifier chain,this paper designs a three-phase inverter power sup- ply with 1 200 Hz/40 kW output,which can provide high quality high-frequency sine wave voltage for high voltage transformer in the radar transmitter. The inverter power supply has the character- istics of low harmonic output, good dynamic response, high stability and reliability, and can improve the volume and weight of radar transmitter obviously.
