摘要
为满足电子系统快速发展的需求,研制了一种6~18GHz宽带50 W功率放大器。产品由四级放大器组成,级间设计有宽带均衡器,解决了宽带放大器增益不平衡问题。针对功率单片输出功率低的问题,采用微带功率合成的方法,将8个功率单片合成后输出。测试结果表明,功率放大器在6~18GHz,输出功率53 W,效率12%,功率增益58dB,功率放大器尺寸为215mm×95mm×23mm。
In order to satisfy the requirement of rapid development of the electronic system,a 6-18 GHz broadband power amplifier of 50 W is designed. It is made up of four grade amplifiers. A broadband equalizer is designed among grades in the circuit, so the imbalance of amplifier gain is solved. Aiming at the problem that the single-piece output power is low,this paper uses the method of microstrip power synthesis to perform the synthesis of 8 power single-pieces,then the result is output. The test result shows:in the frequency of 6~18 GHz,for the power amplifier,the output power is53 W, efficiency is 12 %, power gain is 58 dB, and the size is 215 mm × 95 mm ×23 mm.
