大功率电滑环内部支撑架的力学分析与设计优化

摘要 仿真分析了国内首台单点系泊系统电滑环内部支撑架的强度、刚度、屈曲模态和振动模态,仿真结果表明该结构满足强度、刚度、屈曲承载要求,但一阶固有频率较小。通过优化支撑架结构形式、改变支撑架的约束条件,大大提高了其动力学特性。 This article simulates and analyzes the strength, stiffness, buckling modal and vibration mode of interior supporting frame of electric slip ring for the first domestic single point mooring system (SPMS). Simulation results show that the structure satisfies the requirements of strength, stiffness and buckling load,but has a relatively low first-order natural frequency. By optimizing the structure form of supporting frame and changing the boundary conditions of supporting frame, the dynamic characteristics of supporting frame is improved greatly.
