摘要 涂层耐紫外线穿透性能测试在紧凑型涂装工艺(包括水性单涂层及其他3C1B工艺等)应用过程中,对涂装材料的开发和生产过程的质量控制至关重要。详细介绍了涂层耐紫外线穿透性能的测试方法,并围绕该方法的主要影响因素进行了大量试验分析及验证,提出了控制要求。 In the application of the compact coating process ( including waterborne single and other 3C1B technology, etc. ), UV penetration resistance test of coating is very importa coating technology nt to paint material development and coating quality control of OME paint production process. The test method of UV penetration resistance of coating was introduced in detail, and a large number of test analysis and verification around the main influencing factors of this method were carried out, the control requirements were put forward.
