摘要
产品是否具有价值、学员是否愿意购买是高校成人教育发展的战略问题。近年来高校成人教育发展的实然困境是其产品价值不断下滑的集中体现。要获得可持续发展,高校成人教育需将产品价值的提升视为核心办学要素,并致力于提高顾客价值:从高校自身入手,优化产品形象,打造成人教育产品的品牌美誉度;从顾客入手,满足顾客需求,增值人力资本;专业设置、课程开设、技能培训要与地方社会经济和文化发展有效对接;建设成人教育产品融合共生机制;培育先进的校友文化。
How to create value for student and society is the development strategy of adult education in universities. On the basis of actual embarrassment in recent years, this paper expounds significance of product value and customer value, and indicates that optimizing the product value of adult education should be the essential education mission. This study puts forwards some principles of building product value: redesigning the image of adult education and promoting its social reputation; satisfying the needs of adult and accruing human capital; combining together the regional development approach in economy and culture with discipline construction, major and skill training of adult education in universities, making fusion and intergrowth machanism of adult education product among universities and breeding advanced schoolmate culture.
