摘要
针对全球人口老龄化日益加重的趋势,积极应对人口老龄化成为各个国家的重要任务。代际学习作为终身学习的重要形式,在促进老年人积极老龄化、应对消极老龄化、改善代际关系和消除老年人刻板印象等方面有着重要的意义和价值。探索代际学习在促进老年人积极老龄化方面存在的问题,并提出有针对性的应对策略,有利于促进老年人顺利实现积极老龄化。
In view of the increasing trend of global population aging, actively respond to the aging of the population has become the main task of each country. Intergenerational learning as an important form of lifelong learning, has great significance and value in promoting the elderly, active aging in dealing with the negative aging, improving intergenerational relationships and eliminating the stereotypes of the elderly. The study is to explore the problems of intergenerational learning in promoting the active aging of the elderly, and to propose targeted coping strategies to help the elderly achieve a positive aging.
