Evaluating the effect of Shanghai Standardized Resident Training Program: from the perspective of residents

目的 :从仍在接受住院医师规范化培训的医师(以下简称"在培医师")角度评价上海市住院医师规范化培训(以下简称"规培")政策的成效,为政策的进一步推广提供依据与建议。方法 :2014—2016年每年6月对2013级在培医师进行问卷调查。结果 :在培医师对规培项目的认知程度有明显改善,对规培项目的满意度也呈现逐年提高的趋势。在培医师对自我能力的提升有较高认可度,其中临床技能的自评分增长最为显著,理论知识方面的自评分相对较低。结论 :上海规培项目通过制度化管理,改善在培医师的规培环境和生活条件,通过不断完善顶层设计,提高师资力量,有效地提升了在培医师的临床技能,并最终获得各方认可,目前上海规培项目成效已逐步呈现。在后续工作中仍需加强对在培学员工作待遇的改善,提高规培学员的科研学习能力,通过有效的政策解读,吸引医学生投入到规培学习中。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of Shanghai Standardized Resident Training Program from the perspective of residents, and to provide evidence and recommendations to the further promotion of the program. Methods： Questionnaires survey were conducted to residents who had accepted the standardized training from 2013 every year in June from 2014 to 2016. Results： There were significant improvements in residents＇ recognition and satisfaction. Residents had a high degree of recognition of self-improvement in most aspects, especially in clinical skills. However, the self- rating of theoretical knowledge was relatively low. Conclusion： The residents＇ training environment and living conditions were improved from the regularizing administration of Shanghai Standardized Resident Training Program. The program has effectively improved the clinical skills of residents by continuous improvement of the top-level design and the quality of faculty. Shanghai Standardized Resident Training Program is already paying off and has been accepted by all stakeholders. It is suggested that the treatment and research ability of residents be strengthened in the future. It is also recommended that the government provide effective policy interpretation to attract medical students to the resident training.
