摘要
目的 :介绍上海市某综合医院运用信息化平台对护士绩效考核进行管理的具体实施办法及成效。方法:2016年1—6月,通过信息技术对上海市某综合医院护士的护理工作量、工作质量、护士在职培训进行评价和考核(绩效考核计算方法和指标不变)。对实施护士绩效考核信息化管理前后6个月护士对绩效考核及奖金分配满意度、出院患者满意度、各临床科室月护理质量得分3个方面进行比较。结果 :实施护士绩效考核信息化管理后,护士的绩效考核满意度在公平性和公正性评价、激励性作用评价、付出和回报公平性感受评价、绩效工资差距合理性评价4个因子的得分均高于实施前(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。实施后出院患者满意度及各临床科室月护理质量得分均高于实施前(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:护士绩效考核信息化管理使考核评价更客观,提高了护士的绩效考核满意度、护理质量和患者满意度。
Objective: To introduce the implementation and effect of the informatization management on nurse performance appraisal in a comprehensive hospital in Shanghai. Methods: From January to June 2016, the quantity and quality of nursing work, and nurses' on-the-job training were assessed by information technology (calculation methods and indexes remain unchanged ). Three aspects including nurses' satisfaction with performance appraisal and bonus distribution, discharged patients' satisfaction, and monthly nursing quality scores in clinical departments six months before and after the implementation of informatization management on nurse performance appraisal were compared. Results: After the implementation of informatization management of nurse performance appraisal, scores of nurses' satisfaction were higher ( P〈O.05 ) in terms of four factors : fairness and impartiality, incentive and motivation, fairness of giving and taking, and gap on the performance pay. The difference was statistically significant. Also, discharged patients' satisfaction and monthly nursing quality scores in clinical departments were higher than those before implementation (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Informatization management makes performance appraisal more objective, improves the satisfaction on nurses' performance appraisal, and improves nursing quality and patients' satisfaction.
