PDCA模型是一种强调逐步改进的迭代系统,它通过反复、循环地增加知识来完善上一次更新的系统,达到迭代刷新的最终目的,每一次的更新都是一个进步。PDCA模型就像爬楼梯一样,一个循环运转结束,生产的质量就会提高一步,然后再制定下一个循环,再运转、再提高,不断前进,不断提高。文章对PDCA在管理系统中的应用进行研究,以期提高工作效率。

The PDCA model is an iterative system that emphasizes gradual improvement. It complements the last updated system by repeatedly and cyclically add the knowledge, and achieving the ultimate goal of iterative refresh. Each update is a step forward. The PDCA model is like climbing stairs, the end of a cycle of operation, the quality of production will be a step forward, and then develop the next cycle, and then run, and then improve, keep moving forward and continuously improve. This paper studies the application of PDCA in management system, so as to improve the working efficiency.
