摘要
实践教学在高职教育中处于核心环节,是培养学生的应用能力和综合素质的重要手段,近年各高职院校经管类专业对实践教学模式进行了积极的探索。河源职业技术学院在经管类跨专业虚拟仿真实践教学模式的改革中取得一定的成果,文章在介绍经管类专业组织跨专业虚拟仿真实训的必要性基础上,结合开设专业的培养目标和真实的商业环境构建了虚拟仿真环境,并详细介绍了经管类跨专业虚拟仿真综合实训的组织、管理和保障措施,旨在为职业院校经管类专业的实践教学改革提供借鉴和参考。
Practice teaching is the core program in higher vocational education,and it is an important means to train students＇ application ability and comprehensive quality.Higher vocational colleges have been actively exploring the mode of practice teaching in recent years.Heyuan Polytechnic has made achievements in the reform of interdisciplinary virtual comprehensive practical teaching model of economic management specialty.Based on the introduction of the necessity of this training,this paper constructs a virtual simulation environment.In this paper,the organization,management and safeguard measures of this training is described to provide reference for the reform of practice teaching mode of economics and management major in vocational colleges.
