摘要
当前,我国高职院校的认识实习普遍采用"实习前动员-实习中讲解-实习后考核"的"三步法"教学模式。笔者从指导水利工程专业认识实习的工作实践出发,对"三步法"教学模式进行了分析和改进,提出了"实习前任务-实习前培训-实习中深化-实习后提高-实习后考核"的"五步法"教学模式。实践表明,"五步法"教学模式更符合高职学生的认识规律,具有更好的教学效果。
Currently,"three-step method"teaching model is commonly adopted for cognition practice by most of higher vocational colleges in China,i.e."mobilizing before practice,explaining in the process,testing after practice".From the practice work on cognition practice for hydraulic engineering specialty,the author analyzed the"three-step method"teaching model,and then improved it,finally came up with the"five-step method"teaching model,consisting of"task-set before practice,training before practice,deepening in the process,promoting after practice,testing after practice".The practice showed that the"five-step method"teaching model was more in line with the students' cognitive law,and the teaching effect was better.
