McRobert体位联合无保护会阴技术在促进自然分娩中的应用

Application of McRobert posture combined with unprotected perineum technique in promoting natural delivery

目的研究McRobert体位联合无保护会阴技术在促进自然分娩中的应用及效果。方法选择本院接收的产妇194例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各97例。对照组产妇采用传统的仰卧膀胱截石位下会阴保护法进行助产,观察组产妇采用McRobert体位联合无保护会阴技术进行助产,对比2组产妇产后各项指标。结果观察组产妇会阴侧切率、会阴裂伤程度均低于对照组产妇(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后48 h会阴疼痛程度,产后1个月会阴疼痛均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用McRobert体位联合无保护会阴技术,能够降低会阴侧切率,减轻产妇会阴裂伤程度,降低产后会阴疼痛,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To study effect of McRobert posture combined with unprotected peri- neum technique in promoting natural delivery. Methods A total of 194 puerperae in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 97 cases per group. The control group used traditional supine lithotomy position under the protection of perineum midwifery, while the observation group conducted the McRobert posture combined with unprotected perineum delivery, postpartum indicators of puerperae were compared. Results The observation group had lower perine- otomy rate, and perineal laceration than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Perineal pain on postpartum 48 h and 1 month in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion McRobert combined with no protection of perineum can reduce perineotomy rate, relieve perineal laceration degree, and postpartum perineal pain, so it is of great importance in clinic.
