领导-成员交换对工作-家庭平衡影响机制研究

摘要 社会经济发展的不断加快,即改善了人们的生活条件,也增加了工作压力。社会中存在着两种交换关系,一种是员工与领导之间,称为领导-员工交换;另一种是员工和企业之间,称为组织支持感。本文通过问卷调查,发现组织支持感在领导-成员交换对员工工作-家庭平衡的影响中起部分中介作用。
