摘要
学生认同感是衡量酒店管理专业实践教学效果的关键指标,影响着实习生结束实习之后的留职意向。以武夷学院2013级酒店管理专业169名学生为研究对象进行实证分析,研究发现实习岗位认同感最低,薪酬福利对实习认同感影响最为显著。最后,提出改进建议,以达到学生、学校与酒店共赢的目的。
The sense of identity is the key indicator to measure the teaching efficiency for the hotel management specialty, and it influence the students' employment intention. Taking the 169 students of Grade 2013 in the Department of Hotel Management of Wuyi University as object of study, the empirical analysis has been made. The survey results show that the most dissatisfied factor is practice post, and the most influential factor is salary and welfare.Finally, some improvement measures were provided for reaching the goal of win-win situation for student, school and hotel.
