摘要
以往300MW级空冷发电机组工程,在引出线设计时,要求发电机厂家对风道内的导体进行设计和供货,但发现有发电机厂家选择的导体并不能满足要求,给电厂安全运行带来隐患。通过工程实例计算及校验,推荐300MW级空冷发电机出口导体采用双槽形铜导体。其计算原理等同样也适用于近期兴起的300MVA空冷调相机工程。随着绝缘管形导体的技术发展,今后势必也会在300MW级空冷发电机组中得到运用。
The selection of the conductor in outlet of the 300 MW air cooling generator is important to its safe operation. With the detailed calculation and verification of a practical example, the dual channel shaped copper conductor is recom- mended. Also, the insulating tube conductor is introduced, which could be a promising technology for 300 MW air cool- ing generator.
