对文物电厂——云南开远南桥电厂压力钢管更新改造的实践

On the Renovation of Historical Relic Hydropower Plants-A Practical Case of the Penstock Renovation in Yunnan Kaiyuan Nanqiao Hydropower Plant

云南开远南桥电厂是继昆明石龙坝水电站、吉林丰满水电站之后的中国第3座水电站。电站于1937-02-18日开工,1942年落成。引水压力钢管由于年久锈蚀漏水,需要更新改造。但该电厂属文物保护单位,故压力钢管更新改造具有特殊性,要求外观应达到"更新如旧"的效果,经过精心研究、探讨与实践,达到了预期目的。

Yunnan Kaiyuan Nanqiao Hydropower Plant is the third hydropower station built in China, which is comple- ted in 1942. Due to its old age, serious corrosion and water leakage are found in the water diversion penstock. As a his- torical conservation relic, renovation of the power plant must follow the concept that ＂renovated as the original in appear- ance＂. Thus, special renovation measures are proposed and implemented. Practice shows that the renovation is satisfac- tory.
