摘要 为准确而快速地测量固体激光器中热沉积百分比,进一步研究热效应,文中模拟测量了固体激光器实际运转过程中激光介质发热量和热电制冷器电流之间的关系,以此为基础实验测量了激光二极管端面泵浦的Nd∶GdVO41342nm激光器在稳定运转过程中热沉积百分比和泵浦功率之间的关系.实验结果表明,在制热功率较小条件下,热电制冷器电流和发热量呈线性关系;热沉积百分比为泵浦功率的减函数,且理论计算结果和实验结果相符合. To precisely and quickly measure the fractional thermal loading in solid-state lasers and further investigate the thermal effects,the thermal loading for different pump powers of the diode-endpumped Nd:GdVO4laser at 1342 nm was measured based on the measuring of the currents of the thermal-electric cooler for different heating powers.The results show that the currents of the thermalelectric cooler increase linearly with the heating powers for lower heating,and that the thermal loading for the 1342 nm laser is a decreasing function of the pump power.The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical results.
