情景教学法在急诊科年轻护士培训中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨在急诊科年轻护士培训中应用情景教学法的效果。方法选取我院急诊科86名年轻护士作为研究对象,培训时间为2015年1月—2016年12月,将其随机分组分为研究组与对照组。研究组护士采用情景教学法进行培训,对照组护士采用常规教学法进行培训,对两组护士培训前后考试成绩以及培训前后各项能力评分进行对比。结果研究组与对照组护士培训前考试成绩对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,两组护士成绩均提高,研究组护士的成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护士培训后各项能力分数均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊科年轻护士在培训中实施情景教学法可以显著提高护士的实操能力、综合能力。 Objective To explore the effect of situational teaching method in young nurses training in emergency department. Methods 86 young nurses in our emergency department were selected as the research objects, and the training time was from January 2015 to December 2016. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the study group and the control group. The nurses in the research group were trained by scene teaching method, while those in the control group were trained by routine teaching method, the scores of the two groups of nurses before and after Iraining and the scores before and after the training were compared. Results There was no statistical difference between the study group and the control group before training, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〉 0.05); After training, the scores of two groups of nurses were improved, and the scores of nurses in the study group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); The ability scores of the nurses in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of situational teaching method in the training of young nurses in emergency department can significantly improve the practical ability and comprehensive ability of nurses.
