风险管理在病区高警讯药物管理中的应用研究

高警讯药物虽然在临床使用时出现不良事件的概率未必会高于其他药物,但是一旦出现不良事件,后果比其他药物严重得多。通过风险管理对高警讯药物进行管理,为患者的用药安全提供了可靠的保障。本文针对风险管理在病区高警讯药物管理中的应用情况进行了分析和探讨,从人员因素和管理因素两大方面分析了目前高警讯药物管理中存在的主要问题,并从确立高警讯药物种类、做好采购和存放养护工作、建立小组管理、完善管理制度、规范操作流程、建立高警讯药物账册、开展健康教育和用药指导、进行处方点评等方面提出了相关建议,希望为高警讯药物的管理提供有益的参考。

The rjsk management for the management of high alert medications, and provide reliable guarantee for the drug safety of patients. This paper analyzes and discusses the application of risk management in the drug management of high risk in the ward. It analyzes the main problems existing in managing high-alert drugs from the staff and management factors. And made suggestions from the establishment of high alert drug types, do a good job in purchasing and storage maintenance work, the establishment of group management, improve the management system, standardize the operation process, the establishment of high warning drug books, health education and medication guidance, prescription comments.
