摘要
目的分析研究术中低体温对患者麻醉恢复期的影响。方法随机抽取我院2014年1月—2016年7月收治的全麻开腹手术患者50例作为研究对象。将其分为对照组(n=25)与观察组(n=25),两组分别予以常规的手术方式,对照组患者术中的肛温保持在34.5~35.7℃,观察组患者术中的肛温保持在35.6~36.8℃,将室内温度设定为27~29℃,同时对患者进行相应的保暖措施,利用电子加温仪对患者进行输液与输血,将冲洗液温度增加至37℃。观察两组患者术前、术中与术后的体温、血压与心率,同时观察两组患者的引流量与清醒时间等。结果观察组患者的体温、血压与心率更趋于平稳,同时引流量少于对照组患者,清醒时间短于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术中低体温将对患者麻醉恢复期产生较大影响,因此需要在术中调节好患者的体温,保持好室内温度,并对冲洗液进行加温,以此来降低并发症的发生率。
Objective To study the effect of intraoperative low body temperature on the recovery period of anesthesia. Methods 50 cases of general anesthesia laparotomy surgery from January 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital were randomly selected as the research object. They were divided into control group (n=25) and observation group (n=25), two groups were given conventional surgical methods. The anal temperature in the control group was kept between 34.5 - 35.7 ℃ , the anal temperature in the observation group was kept at 35.6 - 36.8 ℃ , to set the room temperature to 27 - 29 ℃ . At the same time, the corresponding thermal measures for patients, transfusion and transfusion were carried out by electronic heating apparatus, to increase the flushing fluid temperature to 37 ℃. The temperature, blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups were observed before, during and after the operation, and the drainage volume and awake time of the two groups were observed. Results The body temperature, blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were more stable, and the flow rate was less than that of the control group, and the sober time was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Low intraoperative hypothermia will have a great impact on the anesthesia recovery period. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the body temperature of the patients during operation, keep the indoor temperature and keep the rinse solution warm and reduce the incidence of complications.
