维生素A缺乏与呼吸道感染的相关性评价

Evaluation of the Relationship Between Vitamin A Deficiency and Respiratory Tract Infection

目的评价分析维生素A缺乏与呼吸道感染的相关性。方法抽选2017年1—3月本院收治的呼吸道感染患儿61例作为观察组,另抽选同期健康体检人员60例作为对照组,两组均开展维生素A检测,比较两组观察对象的亚临床可疑缺乏率和维生素A缺乏检出率。结果观察组患儿的VAD检出率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);其亚临床可疑缺乏率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素A缺乏同呼吸道感染存在密切关联,通常缺乏维生素A者发生呼吸道感染的概率较高。

Objective To evaluate the correlation between vitamin A deficiency and respiratory infection. Methods 61 cases patients with respiratory tract infection were selected as the observation group from January to March 2017 in our hospital, 60 cases healthy persons were selected as control group at same time, two groups were all carried out vitamin A test. The subclinical suspicious rate of deficiency and the detection rate of vitamin A deficiency were compared between the two groups. Results The VAD detection rate of children in the observation grouP was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The clinical suspect rate of subclinical was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conelusion Vitamin A deficiency is closely associated with respiratory tract infection.
