耐多药结核病患者并发营养不良与肺部感染相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析探讨耐多药结核病患者并发营养不良与肺部感染相关性。方法选取我院收治的确诊为耐多药结核病并进行抗结核病治疗1年以上的患者120例作为研究对象。按照患者接受治疗前个人的营养情况分成正常营养组(72例)与营养不良组(48例)。分析两组患者的临床资料,探讨营养不良与肺部感染相关性。结果正常营养组中,肺部感染超过3次的患者占34.7%;营养不良组中,肺部感染超过3次的患者占70.8%;两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耐多药结核病并发营养不良患者发生肺部感染的可能性更高,更容易发生复发感染,针对该类患者需要补充营养以支持治疗。 Objective To analyze the correlation between malnutrition and lung infection in multidrug-resistant tuberculosis patients. Methods 120 cases of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis and anti tuberculosis treatment for more than 1 year in our hospital were selected as the research object. According to the nutritional status of patients before treatment, they were divided into normal nutrition group (72 cases) and malnutrition group (48 cases) . The clinical data of two groups of patients were analyzed and the correlation between malnutrition and lung infection was discussed. Results In the normal nutrition group, the patients with lung infection more than 3 times accounted for 34.7%; In the malnutrition group, the patients with lung infection more than 3 times accounted for 70.8%; The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05) . Conclusion The possibility of pulmonary infection in patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis is higher, and it is more likely to have recurrent infection. In this case, the patient needs to supplement the nutrition to support the treatment.
