探讨青春期多囊卵巢综合征与功血的相关性

Study on Adolescent Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Associated With Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的探讨青春期多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)、功能性子宫出血(功血)患者和正常青春期女性的月经特点、雌二醇变化之间的相关性。方法选取我科2014年10月—2016年10月收治的青春期PCOS患者50例与青春期功血患者50例作为研究对象;且选取同期来我院体检的健康青春期女性40例作为对照组。对三组研究对象的月经情况、雌二醇水平等进行监测,并分析所得结果。结果 PCOS组、功血组患者的初潮年龄均早于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);PCOS组及功血组均高于正常青春期女性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且PCOS组患者高于功血组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青春期PCOS与功血患者有类似的月经改变以及雌二醇水平改变,功血可能为PCOS的早期症状之一。

Objective To investigate polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） in puberty, dysfunctional uterine bleeding （bleeding） relationship between menstrual characteristics, patients and normal female adolescent estradiol changes. Methods In our hospital from October 2014-to October 2016 were treated 50 cases with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescent patients with PCOS 50 patients as the research object. And 40 healthy adolescent women who came to our hospital for the same period were selected as the control group. The menstrual status and estradiol levels of the three groups were monitored and the results were analyzed. Results The patients of PCOS group with dysfunctional uterine bleeding of menarche were earlier than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; PCOS group and normal group were higher than that of female adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, and the PCOS group were higher than that of dub group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion PCOS and adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients have similar menstrual changes and estradiol levels change, bleeding may be one of the early symptoms of PCOS.
