探讨腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术治疗巨大子宫肌瘤的临床效果

To Investigate the Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy for Huge Uterine Fibroids

目的研究分析巨大子宫肌瘤患者接受腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术治疗的效果。方法选取我院接收的巨大子宫肌瘤患者90例作为研究对象。将其分成对照组与实验组。实验组采用腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术进行治疗,对照组采用开服手术切除子宫治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果、手术时间、下床活动时间等指标。结果实验组和对照组的手术出血量、手术伤口愈合时间等对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者的住院时间、手术时间、排气时间等均短于对照组,术后发热率低于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的术后并发症发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除治疗巨大子宫肌瘤能够缓解患者的病情,治疗效果突出。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy in patients with huge uterine fibroids. Methods To analyze the research in our hospital received 90 cases of giant uterine leiomyoma patients, the patients were divided into control group and experimental group. The experimental group used laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy for treatment, the control group using open service hysterectomy and treatment. The clinical treatment effect, operation time and ambulation time of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The experimental group and the amount of bleeding, wound healing time, there were no statistical differences between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The hospitalization time, operation time, exhaust time in experimental group were shorter than the control group, postoperative fever rate was lower than the control group, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in postoperative complication rate between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy for huge uterine fibroids can relieve the patient＇s condition, and the treatment effect is prominent.
