摘要
目的探讨鼻咽癌调强放疗不良反应的预防方式。方法选取我院2016年3月—2017年2月收治的鼻咽癌调强放疗患者100例作为研究对象。根据随机信封法,将其分为两组,每组各有50例。对照组常规进行调强放疗治疗,预防组在对照组基础上,强化对不良反应的预防。比较两组鼻咽癌调强放疗过程不良反应发生率;放疗后住院时间;干预前后患者焦虑情绪。结果预防组鼻咽癌调强放疗过程不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组患者焦虑情绪评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,预防组焦虑情绪评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌调强放疗过程强化不良反应的预防,可有效减少放疗不良反应发生,减轻患者焦虑情绪,缩短住院时间。
Objective To investigate the prevention of adverse reaction of radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 100 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (IMRT) treated by radiotherapy in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random envelope method, they were divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intensity modulated radiation therapy, the prevention group strengthened the prevention &adverse reactions on the basis of the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the intensity modulated radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in two groups was compared. The duration of hospitalization after radiotherapy and the anxiety of patients before and after the intervention were compared. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the IMRT group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Before intervention, there was no significant difference in anxiety score between the two groups (P〉 0.05). After the intervention, the anxiety score of the prevention group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The prevention of adverse reaction of the enhanced radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma can effectively reduce the adverse reaction of radiotherapy, reduce the anxiety of patients, shorten the hospital stay time.
