Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of percutaneous nephrolithotomy and holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of renal calculi, so as to provide a safe and effective treatment for the clinical. Methods The gallstone patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the study objects, they were randomly divided into the ureter group and the kidney mirror group, 60 cases in each group. The ureter group was treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy, the renal mirror group was treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser lithotripsy. Results The rate of stone clearance in the 1 and 2 stage of the renal mirror group was higher than that of the ureter group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); The operation time of the renal mirror group was lower than that of the ureter group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); The intraoperative blood output of the renal mirror group was higher than that of the ureter group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); The incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups was not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). Conelusion The choice of surgical procedures for renal calculi should be based on the specific circumstances of the patient and strictly follow the surgical indications so as to improve the stone clearance rate and reduce the surgical trauma.
