上颌第一磨牙五根管1例

A Case of Maxillary First Molar With Five Root Canals

上颌第一磨牙根管系统复杂多样,近颊根双根管发生率较高,而远颊根少有双根管报道。根管遗漏可导致根管预备不全,使根管系统难以彻底清理和严密充填,是根管治疗失败的主要原因之一。临床中易被遗漏的根管常见于上颌一磨牙近颊第二根管,而远颊根管系统变异相对较少,在临床中更易被遗漏。本文以一例上颌第一磨牙五根管的病例对远颊双根管的发生率及临床特征进行研究。

The maxillary first molar root canal system is complex and diverse, the incidence of double buccal root canal is higher, while the distal buccal root has few root canals. Root canal omission can lead to root canal insufficiency, so that the root canal system is difficult to completely clean up and tight filling. The easy to be overlooked in the clinical root canal in the maxillary a molar near the buccal second canal, and far buccal root canal system variation is relatively small, more likely to be missed. In clinical case, the incidence and clinical characteristics of DB2 root canal were studied.
