免疫抑制剂联合糖皮质激素用于天疱疮治疗的价值及效果探究

The Value and Effect of Immunosuppressive Agents Combined With Glucocorticoid in the Treatment of Pemphigus

目的探讨免疫抑制剂联合糖皮质激素用于天疱疮治疗的价值及效果。方法选取2012年1月—2015年1月收治的120例天疱疮患者作为研究对象。依据治疗方法差异,将其分单药组与联合组,每组各有60例。单药组给予糖皮质激素进行治疗,联合组采用免疫抑制剂联合糖皮质激素治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果联合组天疱疮治疗效果优于单药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,联合组生存质量评分为(90.54±5.56)分,优于单药组的(82.25±4.64)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组皮损消退时间为(3.60±0.77)个月,糖皮质激素维持量为(21.60±3.57)mg/d,均低于单药组的(5.51±2.61)个月、(34.51±1.61)mg/d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论免疫抑制剂联合糖皮质激素用于天疱疮治疗的价值及效果高,可改善患者临床症状,减少糖皮质激素维持量,缩短皮损消退时间,促进患者生存质量提高。

Objective To investigate the value and effect of immunosuppressive agents combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of pemphigus. Methods 120 patients with pemphigus treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected as the study subjects. According to the difference of treatment methods, they were divided into single drug group and ＇combined group, 60 cases in each group.The monotherapy group was treated with corticosteroids, the combination group was treated with immunosuppressant combined with glucocorticoid, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were Observed and compared. Results The treatment effect of combined group of pemphigus was better than that of single drug group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After the intervention, the quality of life score of the combined group was （90.54 ± 5.56） points, which was better than that of the single drug group （82.25 ~ 4.64） points, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The time of skin lesion in the combined group was （3.60 ±0.77） months, the maintenance of glucocorticoid was （21.60± 3.57） mg/d, which were lower than those in the single drug group （5.51± 2.61） months, （34.51 ±1.61） mg/d, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Immunosuppressive agents combined with glucocorticoid for the treatment of pemphigus and the effect of high,can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce glucocorticoid maintenance,shorten the time of skin loss, and promote the improvement of quality of life.
