冠心病患者的他汀类药物疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Statins in Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

目的本次实验课题主要探讨他汀类药物在冠心病患者治疗中的临床疗效分析。方法本次研究范围限定在我院2016年7月—2017年6月来我院治疗的冠心病患者176例作为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各88例患者。观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上,采用他汀类药物治疗,对照组患者采用常规药物治疗。对两组患者治疗总有效率、发生不良反应以及治疗后各项指标情况进行对比分析。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在治疗后各项指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者在常规治疗中结合他汀类药物进行治疗具有较好的疗效,能够改善患者的临床指标,提高患者治疗总有效率,降低患者不良反应。

Objective This experiment mainly discusses the clinical efficacy of statins in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The scope of this study was limited to 176 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 88 patients in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with statins on the basis of routine treatment,Patients in the control group were treated with conventional medication. The total effective rate, adverse reactions and indexes after treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The indexes in the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment has good curative effect on patients with coronary heart disease combined with statins in the treatment of clinical indicators, can improve the patients, improve the treatment of patients with total efficiency, to reduce the adverse reactions of patients.
