视觉反馈排尿训练与艾灸疗法对神经源性膀胱的治疗效果

摘要 目的分析视觉反射反馈排尿训练结合艾灸疗法在脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月—2016年12月我院收治的脊髓损伤引起神经源性膀胱患者100例作为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组(常规康复+艾灸治疗)和治疗组(常规康复+艾灸治疗+视觉反馈排尿训练),每组各50例。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者的残余尿量、排尿时程延长率和尿路感染率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的最大膀胱压、自主排尿率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱治疗中应用视觉反馈排尿训练结合艾灸疗法可改善膀胱功能,促进有效的排尿。 Objective To analyze the effect of visual reflex feedback urination training combined with moxibustion therapy on neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury. Methods 100 cases of neurogenic bladder caused by spinal cord injury in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into control group (routine rehabilitation + moxibustion treatment) and treatment group (routine rehabilitation + moxibustion treatment + visual feedback urination training), there were 50 patients in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the residual urine volume, urinary transit duration and urinary tract infection rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); After treatment, the maximum bladder pressure and voluntary micturition rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Visual feedback urination training combined with moxibustion therapy can improve bladder function and promote effective urination after neurogenic bladder therapy after spinal cord injury.
