喜炎平联合双歧杆菌在小儿病毒腹泻患者中的临床疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Curative Effect of Xiyanping Combined With Bifidobacterium in Children With Viral Diarrhea

目的探讨喜炎平联合双歧杆菌在小儿病毒腹泻患者中的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的小儿病毒腹泻患儿96例作为研究对象。将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各48例。对照组给予病毒唑治疗,治疗组给予喜炎平联合双歧杆菌治疗,比较两组患儿临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果治疗组临床总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗后,治疗组大便次数和呕吐、腹泻症状改善、住院时间均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论喜炎平联合双歧杆菌治疗小儿病毒腹泻,可明显改善患儿的临床症状,疗效显著。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Xiyanping combined with Bifidobacterium in children with viral diarrhea in patients. Methods 96 children with viral diarrhea in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 48 cases in each group. The control group was given ribavirin treatment, the treatment group was given Xiyanping combined with Bifidobacterium treatment, and adverse reactions of the two groups of children with clinical efficacy. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.83%, significantly higher than 81.25% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the times of defecation and vomiting, diarrhea, and hospitalization time of the treatment group were significantly less than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0,05）. The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Xiyanping combined with Bifidobacterium in treatment of infantile viral diarrhea, the clinical symptoms, can obviously improve the patient＇s curative effect.
