摘要 目的比较纳米穴位贴敷联合超声脉冲电导治疗肺癌疼痛临床疗效,探索中西结合治疗肺癌痛的新方法。方法选取我院收治的肺癌疼痛患者76例作为研究对象。将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各38例。治疗组采用阿是穴纳米穴位贴敷加超声脉冲电导治疗,对照组采用右酮洛芬片口服治疗。观察两组患者的疼痛强度的变化、疼痛缓解程度、止痛起效时间、平均有效治疗持续时间、生活质量改善和不良反应等。结果纳米穴位贴敷联合超声脉冲电导治疗肺癌疼痛总有效率为78.9%,对照组总有效率为81.6%,两组治疗有效率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组有效治疗持续平均时间长于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在改善患者生活质量方面,两组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者的不良反应发生率少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳米穴位贴敷联合超声脉冲电导治疗肺癌疼痛与右酮洛芬疗效相当。 Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of nano acupoint sticking combined with ultrasonic pulse conductance in the treatment of lung cancer pain, and to explore a new method for the treatment of lung cancer pain. Methods 76 cases of lung cancer pain patients in our hospital were selected as the research object. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 38 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by point nanometer acupoint application combined with ultrasonic pulse conductance treatment, the control group using Dexketoprofen Tablets oral treatment. The changes of the pain intensity, the degree of pain relief, the onset time of the pain relief, the average effective treatment duration, the improvement of the quality of life and the adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of nanometer acupoint sticking combined with ultrasonic pulse conductance treatment for lung cancer was 78.9%, and the total effective rate of control group was 81.6%. There was no significant difference between the two groups in treatment effectiveness (P 〉 0.05). The average duration of effective treatment in the treatment group was longer than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the quality of life (P 〉 0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Nano acupoint application combined with ultrasonic pulse conductance in treatment of lung cancer pain and efficacy of dexketoprofen.
