益气养阴法联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

The Effect of Yiqiyangyin Method Combined With Chemotherapy on Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探讨益气养阴法联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者70例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,对照组35例,观察组35例。观察组患者采用益气养阴法联合化疗治疗,对照组患者采用单纯的化疗治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的生活质量优于对照组,观察组患者治疗毒副反应低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用益气养阴法联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,可有效缓解患者的临床上症状,提高生活质量,且毒副反应较小,具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqiyangyin chemotherapy combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 70 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases in the control group, 35 cases in the observation group. Patients in observation group were treated by Yiqiyangyin combined with chemotherapy, patients in the control group were treated with chemotherapy alone, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group was not statistically significant compared with the control group （P 〉 0.05）. The quality of life in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Yiqiyangyin method using combination chemotherapy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer, which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life, and less toxicity, with better clinical efficacy.
