Objective To explore the value of nursing intervention in prevention of perioperative infection in pregnant women. Methods From May 15, 2015 to May 15, 2015, 112 cases of pregnant women were divided with odd and even grouping model. Among them, the general group was treated with general care, and the perioperative nursing intervention was strengthened in the experimental group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of infection was 16.07% and 44.64% in the experimental group and the conventional group respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The incidence of hyperthermia was 23.21% and 48.21% in the experimental group and the conventional group respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The duration of high fever in the experimental group and the routine group was (35.62 4- 8.54) h and (50.68 4- 10,85) h respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05); The satisfaction degree of nursing between the experimental group and the routine group was 94.64% and 78.57% respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing for pregnant women can he used to control the incidence of infection and fever, and to further improve the quality of clinical care.
