GRACE评分对非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征患者危险分层管理的指导作用

Role of GRACE Scoring in Risk Stratification Management of Patients With Non-ST Elevation Acute Coronary Syndrome

目的探讨GRACE评分对非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征(NSTE—ACS)患者危险分层管理的指导作用。方法选取我院心内科2013年1月—2016年8月收治的NSTE—ACS患者60例作为研究对象。根据随机分配原则,选取其中单日入院30例作为对照组,给予常规护理;选取双日入院30例作为实验组,实施GRACE评分指导下的危险分层管理,出院后随访1年。对比两组患者出院时和随访1年GRACE评分及健康状况评价结果。结果两组患者入院时GRACE评分危险分层及健康状况问卷得分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,两组GRACE评分危险分层及健康状况问卷得分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访1年,两组GRACE评分危险分层比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者健康状况问卷得分相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论GRACE评分对NSTE—ACS患者预后有较高的预测准确度,能促进患者危险分层管理和针对性干预,降低心血管不良事件,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the guiding effect of GRACE score on risk stratification management in patients with non ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome （NSTE-ACS）. Methods A total of 60 patients with NSTE-ACS were enrolled in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2016 were selected as the study objects. According to the principle of random assignment, 30 patients were enrolled as a control group, and routine nursing was given. 30 patients were enrolled in this study. Group, the implementation of GRACE score under the guidance of the risk of hierarchical management, followed up for 1 year after discharge. The results of the GRACE score and the health status assessment were compared between the two groups at the time of discharge and follow-up. Results There was no significant difference in the score of risk stratification and health status between the two groups （P〉0.05）. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈O.05） There was a significant difference （P〈0.05） between the two groups, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.001）. Conclusion GRACE score has a higher predictive accuracy for NSTE-ACS patients, can promote risk stratification and targeted intervention, reduce cardiovascular events and improve the quality of life of patients.
