全程优质护理在腹腔镜下全子宫切除术围术期的应用

Application of Total Quality Nursing in Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

目的分析全程优质护理在腹腔镜下全子宫切除术围术期的应用效果。方法选择2014年1月—2016年12月来我院行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的患者60例作为研究对象,遵循随机数字原则,将其分为观察组、对照组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实行全程优质护理,对比两组患者护理效果以及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组术后下床时间、术后肛门排气时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将全程优质护理应用在腹腔镜下全子宫切除术围术期护理过程,可有效提升患者护理效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of full-thickness nursing on perioperative period of laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods From January 2014 to December 2016, 60 patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number principle, they were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was treated with high quality nursing, the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After the treatment, the observation group after bed time and postoperative anal exhaust time were shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The whole course of high quality nursing application in laparoscopic hysterectomy during perioperative care process, which can effectively improve the patient care effect can be extended.
