层级管理在产科病房护理管理中的应用效果

Application of Hierarchical Management in Nursing Management of Maternity Ward

目的探究层级管理在产科病房护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院产科病房中选取160例产妇作为研究对象,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各80例。对照组进行传统的护理方法,观察组进行层级管理的护理方法,对比分析两组护理工作中的出错率和投诉率,以及护理的满意度。结果观察组的出错率、投诉率均和护理满意度均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产科病房护理管理中应用层级管理模式,能够有效地提高护理工作效率,降低工作中的出错率,提升护理满意度,作为一种有效地管理手段。

Objective To analyze the effect of the application of hierarchical management model in the maternity ward nursing management. Methods 160 cases of partuient women in the maternity ward of our hospital were selected as the research object, and divided them into the control group and the observation group, with 80 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional nursing methods, the observation group was managed by hierarchical nursing method, and the error rate and complaint rate in the two groups of nursing work and the satisfaction degree of nursing care were compared and analyzed. Results The error rate, complaint rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were lower than those of the comparison group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application model of hierarchical management in nursing management in the obstetric ward, can effectively improve the efficiency of nursing work, reduce the error rate and improve nursing satisfactiori, as an effective means of management.
