腹腔镜胆囊完全切除术患者康复中舒适护理的作用

The Role of Comfortable Nursing in Patients With Complete Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的腹腔镜胆囊完全切除术患者康复中舒适护理的作用。方法选取我院2015年3月—2017年3月收治的96例行腹腔镜胆囊完全切除术患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成两组,每组各48例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上,实施舒适护理,对两组患者术后恢复情况和护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组术后恢复情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.92%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能够有效促进腹腔镜胆囊完全切除术患者术后恢复,预后良好。

Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing in patients with complete laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 96 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the study objects, and they were randomly divided into two groups, 48 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, the observation group was given comfortable care on the basis of the control group, the postoperative recovery and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative recovery of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.92%, higher than that of the control group （83,33%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing can effectively promote laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with postoperative recovery, the prognosis is good.
